Make the marinade. Mix the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag or similar container.

Cut the meat into thin strips about 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide. Marinate the sliced meat in the marinade for 1 hour.

Cut the vegetables into strips the same size as the meat (about 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide) and lightly sauté with salt and pepper.

Sauté the meat and vegetables together and wrap the hot mixture in tortillas to eat.

Wrap with sour cream and avocado dip for a refreshing taste☆
