Ingredients

6 to12 servings
  1. 4-8Chicken Thighs
  2. 2 cupsCauliflower
  3. 2 cupsBroccoli
  4. 2 cupsor 1 Bag baby Carrots
  5. 2 cupscelery or 1 stalk large chop
  6. 4 CansMix Vegetables drained
  7. 1Onion choped
  8. 2 tablespoonsBlack Pepper
  9. 1 teaspoonGarlic salt
  10. 1 teaspoonItalian seasoning
  11. 1/2 teaspooncelery salt
  12. 2 canstomatoe Puree

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    2 to 3 quarts water put chicken in boil

  2. 2

    Add seasonings in the boiling water

  3. 3

    Then add raw vegies

  4. 4

    Then add the rest cook low and slowly about 3 to 5 hours

  5. 5

    Wait until last to add tomatoes puree

  6. 6

    Done. and serve with cornbread or crackers

  7. 7
