Ingredients

6 to12 servings
  • 4-8Chicken Thighs
  • 2 cupsCauliflower
  • 2 cupsBroccoli
  • 2 cupsor 1 Bag baby Carrots
  • 2 cupscelery or 1 stalk large chop
  • 4 CansMix Vegetables drained
  • 1Onion choped
  • 2 tablespoonsBlack Pepper
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic salt
  • 1 teaspoonItalian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspooncelery salt
  • 2 canstomatoe Puree

Steps

  1. 1

    2 to 3 quarts water put chicken in boil

  2. 2

    Add seasonings in the boiling water

  3. 3

    Then add raw vegies

  4. 4

    Then add the rest cook low and slowly about 3 to 5 hours

  5. 5

    Wait until last to add tomatoes puree

  6. 6

    Done. and serve with cornbread or crackers

  7. 7
