  1. 1 bag(about 160g) roasted peanuts with skin
  2. 2 tablespoonsmiso
  3. 4 tablespoonssugar (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
  4. 1 teaspoonmirin
  5. 1 teaspoonsake
  6. 1 teaspoonvegetable oil

    Although the peanuts can be eaten as is, frying them in oil makes them crunchy.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the peanuts over medium heat.

    Fry until they are slightly browned, then transfer to a tray to cool.
