Ingredients

  • 250 gmssabudana/sago
  • 50 gmspeanuts
  • 2potatoes
  • 2green chilies
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tsptumeric
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • coriander to garnish

    Soak sabudana for three hours. keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Clean, peel cut potatoes in small pieces. chop green chillies,coriander and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in saucepan. Add cumin seeds. Allow it to splutter. Then add green chilies and pieces of potatoes and fry till they are soft.

  4. 4

    Then add tumeric, chilii powder, salt to taste and stir.

  5. 5

    Dry roast peanuts and grind it into coarse powder and keep it aside.

  6. 6

    Add soaked sabudana and mix well and in the last add peanut powder and mix well, cover with lid for 5 mins. serve hot.
