Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 pieceschicken thighs
  2. 1 pinchsake, salt, and black pepper
  3. 1small amount of flour
  4. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  5. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonlime juice
  7. 1 teaspoonsugar
  8. 1 tablespoonwater + a pinch of Chinese soup stock
  9. 1-2 stalksscallions (coarsely chopped)
  10. 1/2 clovegarlic (grated)
  11. 1 cloveginger (grated)
  12. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  13. A fewdrops (optional) chili oil
  14. 2 teaspoonssesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the ingredients marked with ●. Lightly season the chicken with salt and black pepper, and sprinkle with sake.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lightly dust the chicken with flour, and place it skin-side down. Start with high heat to crisp the surface.

    Once the skin is crispy, reduce to low heat and cook slowly until the chicken is cooked through on both sides.

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, place on a plate, and pour the prepared sauce over it.
