Tender Sauteed Chicken with Onion Sauce Tender Sauteed Chicken with Onion Sauce
I wanted to make a main dish using inexpensive chicken breast.Cook over high heat until the skin is crispy. The onion sauce is good with all kinds of foods, like white fish, pork, or warm vegetables, so it's convenient to make a big batch and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. You don't have to add butter. Without the butter, it will have more of a Japanese flavor. Recipe by SaltLemon cookpad.japan -

Nanban Sauce Simmered Chicken Breast Sauté Nanban Sauce Simmered Chicken Breast Sauté
✿ I like cooking with chicken breasts. I first thought of making a nanban with thick sauce, and I figured that I'd get the sauce to thicken up somewhat if I sautéd the chicken with flour on it. I tried it and it came out well. This actually helped get rid of the gaminess as well!!✿ I added honey because I thought that the chicken would harden up if I went overboard with mirin. If you don't have any honey, don't increase the amount of mirin and use sugar as a substitute. You lose a bit of the gloss but overall there's no big difference.✿ Though this will depend on the size of the chicken meat, if you use a lot of flour to coat it, the sauce will thicken too much. However it'll still taste like "Nanban Sauce" so you don't have to worry about it too much (a thick sauce perhaps makes it great for lunch boxes).✿ I used one chicken breast at 220 g. Butter & Soy Sauce Chicken Sauté Butter & Soy Sauce Chicken Sauté
The is a simple, yet fashionable french-style meat dish: the ever-popular chicken sauté. I take this to my husband's families' house every Christmas. I always decorated with red or green bell peppers. The butter and soy sauce flavor is so good and this dish is incredibly easy to make.Start cooking the chicken on the skin-side. If there's not enough oil, it will burn quite easily. When you flip the chicken over, wipe away an excess oil. When making the sauce, if you add a little garlic or miso to the onion, the flavour will be a bit different, but still delicious.
