Melt butter in pan, mix in flour to make roux, stir often on low heat until it begins to brown.

Add chicken broth and 1 c milk to make the gravy. On medium heat, stir and bring to a boil.

In large baking dish, pour in frozen peas to cover the bottom. Add chicken and carrots. Heat oven to 375F.

Mix Bisquick and 2/3 c milk into dough. Pour gravy into pan, then drop spoonfuls of dough on top. Sprinkle paprika on top.

Bake uncovered for 20 min, or until biscuits are done.
