Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bring the butter to room temperature. If using a microwave, be careful not to melt it!
- 2
Mix the ingredients marked with ◎ using a whisk.
- 3
In a separate bowl, add the butter and mix well with a whisk. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the beaten egg and mix thoroughly.
- 4
Add the mixture from step 2 to the mixture in step 3, and mix with a spatula using a cutting motion. Once the flour is no longer visible, add the chocolate chips.
- 5
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using two spoons.
- 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 12 minutes. Once slightly browned, reduce the temperature to 300°F (150°C) and bake for about 15 minutes.
- 7
If you have leftover dough↓↓
Spread it thinly on aluminum foil and toast for about 3 minutes. You'll get soft cookies♪ These are delicious too! - 8
It's recommended to use 2 3/4 tablespoons unsalted butter and 2 1/3 tablespoons salted butter. If using a microwave, warm one piece at a time.

My go-to Chocolate Chip Cookies My go-to Chocolate Chip Cookies
Here's my go-to, fail-proof (so far), chocolate chip cookies that's, for some reason, senior citizen approvedIf you want your cookies to be on the crispier, harder side, cook for 13 mins. If, like me, you want your cookies to be chewy, cook for 12 mins to 12 mins and 30 seconds. Of course, this depends on how consistent your oven temp is. Ninya Pile -
Chocolate Chip Cookies Chocolate Chip Cookies
I decided to make chocolate chip cookies once and used the first recipe Google threw at me. It turned out to be the best chocolate chip cookies I'd ever had. They are very soft and moist. I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! The recipe was removed from the app!Fortunately I had previously emailed the recipe to someone so now I'm re-posting this recipe for everyone to enjoy. Daniel Wagner -

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
American cookies are soft and delicious, but I do not like the one in stores because they don't look completely baked. In the American recipe, the sugar is double the amount (they also used granulated sugar), but it's sweet and delicious enough in this recipe.By using baking soda and brown sugar, it becomes an American type texture. Do not knead the mixture after adding flour. If you don't want to melt the chocolate, then push the center before baking. In that case, indent the center as in step 4. For 20 cookies.
