Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 2 1/2 cupschicken broth (about 600ml)
  • 1/4 cupsalsa
  • 1little minced garlic
  • 1little minced onion
  • 4tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cupguacamole
  • Chili pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm the chicken broth (such as from a Campbell's can) and add the salsa.

  2. 2

    Add the minced garlic and onion, then adjust the spiciness to your liking with more salsa or chili pepper.

  3. 3

    Serve the soup in bowls and top each with tortilla chips topped with guacamole.
