  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2pegs garlic
  • 6bananas
  • 3 cups flour

  1. 1

    Peel bananas, add to boiling water then make dumplings, add to water, also

  2. 2

    Cook saltfish, skin off scales, clean and strip all seasons, add to hot oil in frying pot.

  3. 3

    In ten seconds add broadbeans.
