Ingredients

2 servings
  • 50 gvermicelli noodles or shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
  • 100 gpork (or beef)
  • 3green peppers
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/2carrots
  • 1/2onions
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1/2 tbspsesame
  • <sauce>
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspsake (or white wine)
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tbspgochujang (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the meat and the vegetables into thin pieces. If you are using dry vermicelli, soak the noodles in a bowl of water to make them soft.

  2. 2

    Heat sesame oil in a pan and with the minced garlic. Stir fry the meat, then the vegetables until they are well cooked.

  3. 3

    Add the noodles and the sauce into the pan.

  4. 4

    Keep stir frying over medium heat until the sauce is almost evaporated.

  5. 5

    Serve and sprinkle some sesame on top. Enjoy!
