Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sauté the onion until it becomes soft.
- 2
Cut the pork cutlet into bite-sized pieces and place them on top of the onions in the skillet. Warm over low heat.
- 3
Pour all the ☆ ingredients evenly over the pork cutlet and onions. Increase to medium heat.
- 4
When it starts to boil, beat the eggs and pour them evenly over everything.
- 5
If you have mizuna greens, add them now for color. Cover with aluminum foil, turn off the heat, and let it sit to finish cooking the eggs to a soft consistency.
- 6
This time, I didn't have any greens, so I finely chopped broccoli and added it instead.
- 7
I personally like chopped green onions best. If I don't have them, I use broccoli or any green vegetable for color—presentation is important!
- 8
Serve over rice and enjoy!
