Cooking Instructions

Separate the leaves and stems of the water spinach and cut them into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Heat the sliced garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then stir-fry the stems over high heat first.

Once the stems are cooked, add the leaves and stir-fry together.

When the leaves are cooked, add the chicken broth, give it a quick stir, and it's ready to serve!
