To prepare the chicken cubes, mix them with the mentioned spices and garlic, and cook well, then set aside.

Prepare the rice as usual by boiling three cups of water with two tablespoons of salt, then add the rice. When it's almost cooked, drain the water and set aside.

Beat the egg and place it in the pan, stirring occasionally until it forms small clumps like 'shakshuka' 😁, then set aside.

Put oil in the pan and add the onion. Wait a few minutes, then add the bell pepper. After a little while, add the mixed vegetables.

Add black pepper and salt, then add the egg and stir. Then add the chicken cubes and a teaspoon of soy sauce, and stir well for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked rice to the vegetables, stir, and leave for no more than 10 minutes. It's ready to serve.
