Steps
- 1
Microwave each pack of Chinese noodles for about 1 minute to make them easier to separate. Cut the garlic chives into 2-inch pieces.
- 2
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the noodles. Once the oil is evenly distributed, press down with a spatula to brown the noodles.
- 3
Once browned, flip and brown the other side. It takes some effort, but it's delicious! Once done, transfer to a plate.
- 4
Stir-fry the ground pork and ginger. Once crumbled, add the garlic chives and stir-fry quickly. Add the ★ ingredients and bring to a boil. Adjust the seasoning here.
- 5
Turn off the heat and thicken with cornstarch mixed with water. Drizzle with finishing sesame oil and pour over the prepared noodles to complete!
