  2. 3medium bell peppers
  3. 1 tablespoon★white dashi
  4. 1 tablespoon★soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon★sake
  6. 1 tablespoon★mirin
  7. 1 pinchflour

Cooking Instructions
