Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings
  1. 100 ml(about 7 tablespoons) soy sauce
  2. 75 ml(about 5 tablespoons) mirin
  3. 4 tablespoonsbeet sugar (or use about 3 tablespoons of another sugar if you prefer)

  5. 50 ml(about 3 1/2 tablespoons) sake
  6. 50 ml(about 3 1/2 tablespoons) water

Cooking Instructions
