Note: Boil the noodles while preparing the soup.

Finely chop the green onion.
• Boil the baby bok choy.
• For the sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
(Optional: Add shredded green onion as a topping if you like.) - 3
Meat Miso:
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, then sauté the ground pork and ginger.
Once cooked through, add the seasonings and stir-fry briefly. - 4
Chili Oil:
In a pot, add the chili oil ingredients and sauté until the doubanjiang becomes fragrant. - 5
Soup:
Using the same pot, add the soup ingredients and bring to a gentle boil. Turn off the heat and stir in the sauce mixture. - 6
To serve, place the cooked noodles, soup, meat miso, and bok choy in a bowl. Enjoy!
