  1. 1 tablespoonNutcessity Carob Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter
  2. 1ripe banana, chopped
  3. 1ripe avocado, chopped
  4. 1 teaspooncarob powder (or cacao powder)
  5. 100 mlsoya milk

    Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, spoon into two wine glasses / jam jars and chill for an hour, until set.
