A quick and addictive fried gyoza made with leftover gyoza wrappers. I came up with this recipe because I often have a few gyoza wrappers left over, so I filled them with natto and cheese I had in the fridge and fried them up.

1 packnatto
as neededCheese (melting type),
6gyoza wrappers
Vegetable oil, as needed for frying

Mix the natto with its sauce.

Place a teaspoon of natto and some melting cheese onto each gyoza wrapper.

Moisten the edge of the wrapper with water, fold it in half, and seal the edges.

Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown.
