Broth : Add all the ingredients into the water and boil until the water is half remain.

Fry the diced tofu, cabbage and peanuts (separately).

Soak bean sprout in hot water for about 15 mins.

Grind the garlic, salt and chili first, and then the fried peanut on a plate.

Add tofu, kupat, cabbage, bean sprout and pour the broth.

Complete with fried red onion and chopped celery if you like.
