One thing about cooking vegetables is that you can play around with the various different combinations and come up with one that pleases your hunger. This is one way of adding vitamins and nutrients to your plate while discovering your inner chef.

Assemble ingredients. Bring a pot of salted water to boil.

Wash and cut cauliflower into florets and add to the boiling water. Cook u covered for 7-10 minutes until tender but firm. Train and set aside

Meanwhile, in a separate pot cook frozen peas according to package instructions, removing them 1 minute before time.

In a pan, heat up olive oil and add red onions. Sautee for 2 minutes, constantly staring. Add cauliflower, cover and cook for another 5 minutes, occasionally stirring.

Finally, add peas (strained) and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and turn heat off.

Serve warm as a side. Delicious !
