Spicy Ramen with Sake Lees for One

I absolutely love spicy ramen! I always finish every drop of the soup.
About this recipe:
When I first tried spicy ramen 15 or 16 years ago, it was so hot it felt like fire in my mouth, but now it tastes much milder.
Maybe I’ve become a fan of super spicy food, or maybe the ramen has been made milder for Japanese tastes.
I added my favorite sake lees to make the soup richer.

Steps
- 1
Place the sake lees in a bowl and dissolve with hot water. Use a whisk to mix as smoothly as possible.
- 2
Add 1 2/3 to 2 cups water (400–500ml) and the dissolved sake lees to a pot. Bring to a boil, stir lightly, then add the noodles, soup base, and dried vegetable packet. Cook for 3 minutes, gently loosening the noodles, then cook for 1 more minute.
- 3
Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
