Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 3.5 ozground meat (any kind) (about 100g)
  2. 1 blocktofu (any kind)
  3. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  4. To taste garlic (can use paste)
  5. To taste ginger (can use paste)
  6. 1 tablespoongochujang
  7. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  9. 1 teaspoonmiso
  10. 1 1/2 tablespoonssugar
  11. 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder
  12. 2/3 cupwater (about 150ml)
  13. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  14. 2 tablespoonswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, ginger, and ground meat.

  2. 2

    Mix together all the ingredients marked with ★, then add them to the meat in the pan.

  3. 3

    Cut the tofu into your preferred size and add it to the pan.

  4. 4

    Once it comes to a gentle boil, add the cornstarch mixed with water. Stir gently until the sauce thickens, then it's ready to serve!
