Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 5 piecesokra
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 2/3 cupswater (about 400 ml)
  4. 2 teaspoonschicken bouillon powder
  5. 1/3 teaspoonsoy sauce
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the okra into rounds about 1/4 inch thick. Beat the egg.

    In a pot, combine water and chicken bouillon powder and bring to a boil. Add the okra.

    Once the okra turns bright green, add the beaten egg and gently stir. Finally, add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and it's ready!
