Preparation: Soak the dried hijiki in water. Boil the edamame.

In a bowl, combine the hijiki, edamame, and ingredients marked with ☆.

Knead well. (The mixture will be very soft.)

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil (not listed in ingredients), scoop the mixture with a spoon, and fry both sides.

Add the sauce and simmer while coating the tsukune.
