Cooking Instructions

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut the white florets into small pieces. Cut the leaves and stems into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Combine the ingredients marked with ■.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and boil the florets for 2 minutes. Boil the hard parts of the leaves for 1 minute and drain.

Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef.

Once the beef changes color, add the cauliflower, including stems and leaves. Add the ■ mixture and stir-fry until glossy.
