Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 head(about 1 lb) cauliflower
  2. 7 ozbeef (thinly or thickly sliced)
  3. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  4. 1 tablespooneach soy sauce, mirin, sake
  5. To taste black pepper
  6. 1/3 teaspoongrated garlic
  7. 2 teaspoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut the white florets into small pieces. Cut the leaves and stems into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Combine the ingredients marked with ■.

    Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and boil the florets for 2 minutes. Boil the hard parts of the leaves for 1 minute and drain.
