Boil the potatoes and drain them, then sauté in vegetable oil.

Drizzle with vinegar and let cool slightly.

Coat a pan with olive oil and sauté the potatoes to coat the surface.

Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.

Mash the potatoes, drizzle with vinegar, and sprinkle with black pepper.

Once cooled, make mashed potatoes using store-bought white sauce.
