Ingredients

40 minutes

4 servings

2chicken breasts, filleted and very thin
Juice of 1 lemon
Garlic salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
3 tablespoonsvegetable oil
1/2onion, thinly sliced

Soak the chicken fillets in lemon juice for at least one hour.

Mix the oil with garlic salt, onion, and pepper.

Drain the chicken breasts well and coat with the oil mixture.

Place in a hot skillet and brown well on both sides.

Serve with grilled pineapple and onion.
