Thinly slice the spring onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the avocado.

Mix the dressing ingredients to make the dressing.

Tear the crisp leaf lettuce and place it on a large plate. Arrange the avocado, spring onion, and tomatoes on top.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with black salt and coarsely ground black pepper, and finish with hemp seeds.
