In a kadhai, add ghee and oil, now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,and chilli, let them splutter.

Once they splutter, add hing,urad dal, and curry leaves fry for a second.Then add the chopped vegetables, saute for few minutes.

When the vegetables are sauted well, add dalia, mix well and then add water, salt and little sugar.

Cover it until the dalia is cooked well.

Serve warm.
