  • 1.1 lbsbeef shoulder (about 500g)
  • 1.1 lbspork shoulder (about 500g)
  • 4potatoes
  • 1carrot
  • 2onions
  • ◇Marinade
  • 2 tablespoonsshio koji
  • 2 tablespoonsall-purpose seasoning
  • 2 tablespoonsbarbecue seasoning
  • 2 teaspoonsblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1 teaspoonrosemary
  • ○BBQ Sauce
  • 2/3 cuponion sauce (Hanamasa)
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tablespoonmedium-thick sauce
  • 2 tablespoonsketchup
  • 1bouillon cube
  • 1 ouncemilk (about 25cc)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pierce the beef shoulder and pork shoulder with a fork, score the fat with a knife, and then apply the ◇marinade. Let it sit for 1 hour.

    Prepare the ○BBQ sauce.

  3. 3

    Cut the potatoes, carrot, and onions to your preferred size.

  4. 4

    Bake the marinated meat in an oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil, and let it cook in the residual heat.

  6. 6

    Bake the vegetables in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.

  7. 7

    Slice the meat to your desired thickness.

  8. 8

    Place the sliced meat on top of the vegetables and bake in the oven at 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Serve on a plate and enjoy!
