Steps
- 1
Add the garlic paste, sesame oil, ground pork, and chopped green onion to a pot. Sauté over medium heat.
- 2
Once the pork is cooked through, add the miso paste, doubanjiang, chili oil, soy sauce, chicken bouillon powder, sake, water, milk, and ground sesame seeds. Bring to a boil.
- 3
Cook the Chinese noodles in plenty of boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain well. In a bowl, pour in the soup, add the noodles, then top with the cooked pork mixture.
- 4
Finish with spinach, seasoned boiled egg, shredded green onion, and black pepper as desired.
- 5
For the toppings: After boiling the spinach, cool it in water to remove bitterness, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 2-inch (5cm) pieces.
- 6
For the seasoned egg: After the water comes to a boil, add the egg and cook for 7 and a half minutes. Peel, then marinate in concentrated noodle soup base in a plastic bag for one day.
