Gobi tandoori (grilled cauliflower)

Dress the cauliflower removing its leaves and stems.Keep it whole abd don't cut into pieces.

Wash the cauliflower and spread over it a inch of salt and turmeric powder and set aside.

Cut the onions and tomatoes into small pieces. Grind together to make a smooth paste. Add the ginger garlic paste and chilli powder to the onion 'tomato paste.Set aside

Heat oil in a deep based frying pan. Add fenugreek powder and fry till smells good. Now pot the cauliflower into it and deep fry turning occasionally till the cauliflower becomes golden brown.

Drain out the excess oil and replace the pan back on the flame. Now add the masala paste and slowcook on a moderate flame till the spice smells cooked turning slowly upside down the cauliflower. Check that the cauliflower maintains itsself without breaking.

Wait till the spice get dried and spread all over the cauliflower. Remove the frying pan.Now place the cauliflower directly on the flame through a grilling net.Grill thoroughly and serve hot.
