Ingredients

  • 4-6chicken breasts boiled
  • 1large package cream cheese
  • 1 bunchcoriander chopped fine
  • 4tomatoes chopped
  • Juice of one lime
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 2-3 cupsgrated cheese
  • 1-2 tsppaprika
  • 6flour burritos
  • 1avocado sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred boiled chicken in a bowl by pulling chicken apart with forks

  2. 2

    Add cream cheese, lime juice and paprika to the chicken

    Spoon chicken mixture on burrito wrap and spread evenly almost to the edges

    Roll burrito and place in pan

  5. 5

    Top with cheese, tomatoes, and coriander.

    Bake for 20 min at 180c

  7. 7

    Serve with slices of avocado
