Weight Loss Salad for Dinner

Since Tet, I've gained 2 pounds (now 104 lbs), so I'm starting a weight loss plan because I only want to be at most 101 lbs, ideally 99 lbs, to feel lighter. Even though I've been swimming 50-60 minutes a day and eating very little, I haven't lost weight. This shows that if you don't reduce your food intake, exercise alone won't help much with weight loss.

Cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and remove the seeds.

Place the watermelon, yogurt, and ginger-lemon-honey syrup in a bowl.

Mix well and eat around 6-7 PM. Avoid eating too late, as it may make it harder to sleep or cause bloating due to the vitamin C. If you sleep well, eating as late as 8 PM is okay, but try not to eat later than that.
