Preheat oven to 350

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and dust with corn meal.

Unroll crust to large rectangle on sheet.

Sprinkle half cheese then half pepperoni. Leave two inch border. (Any veggies can be added here too)

Repeat.

Cut long edges every one inch, like fringe.

Fold over two short edges over toppings.

Criss cross folding fringe back and forth (openings allow steam to escape without causing a blow out).

Beat egg and brush over stromboli. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parm.

Bake for 25- 30 minutes.

Heat sauce to dip stromboli in. (Every time I put it in the stromboli it gets a mushy bottom :(
