In a saucepan melt the butter and add the flour to make a roux. Stir in the milk and simmer until thickened. Stir in the cheese and mustard.

Combine the noodles, ham and chicken in a casserole. Pour the sauce into the casserole. Top with the bread crumbs and bake at 350 until bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
