Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6Egg Plants
  2. 3 TBvegetable oil
  3. 1/2Onion sliced
  4. 10garlic cloves smashed
  5. 1 TBBhau Bhaji Masala
  6. 1ts Tamarind Paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a Pan, add onions cook 3 mts. add garlic and cook 2 mts. Add Mix Masala.

    Add Eggplant and mix well. cover and cook five minutes.

    Add Tamarind Paste and mix well. Cook on slow heat for 15 mts. Check for Salt and serve over Linguine Pasta.
