  1. 100 gdark chocolate
  2. 250 gsalted butter
  3. 4eggs
  4. 15 mlvanilla essence
  5. 350 gcaster sugar
  6. 225 gcake flour
  7. 100 gmilk chocolate, chopped
  8. 100 gwhite chocolate, chopped
  9. Icing sugar for dusting

    Preheat the oven to 160'C. In a bowl over a pot of simmering water, melt the dark chocolate and butter

  2. 2

    Whisk in the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Sift in the sugar and flour and fold into the mixture.

  4. 4

    Fold in the chopped milk and white chocolate. Pour the mixture out into a greased and lined rectangular baking tray

  5. 5

    Bake for 20-25 mins until firm. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting.

  6. 6

    Dust with icing sugar and serve plain or with vanilla ice cream
