Mix the dough ingredients together and knead by hand or with a stand mixer for 5 minutes. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

Mix all the filling ingredients together.

Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place the filling in the center of each circle, making sure not to add any liquid to avoid making the dough soggy when sealing.

Fold the dough over the filling into a triangle shape. Place the pastries on a greased baking sheet, brush the tops with oil, and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.

Note: When the pastries start to brown, brush them with oil again to get a crispy crust on the outside and a soft inside.
