Ingredients

  1. 1 2/3 cupsunsweetened evaporated milk (400 ml)
  2. 1 2/3 cupsheavy cream (400 ml)
  3. 2/3 cupheavy whipping cream (150 g)
  4. 1/2 cupsugar (100 g)
  5. 4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the creams with the evaporated milk.

    Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Then slowly add the hot liquid while mixing.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into ramekins. Bake in a water bath in the oven at 285°F (140°C) for 35 minutes.

    Remove the custards from the water. Let cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
