Steps

First wash lady fingers. (Okra) and wipe it then cut into 2”pieces.heat Kadhai add oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

When it cracked add green chilies and curry leaves and onions and sauté until onion is transferret add chopped okra and sauté for 5 minutes.

Then add rosted chana powder,coconut powder and crushed peanut,and mix it well.then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and mix it well,then add lemon juice and sugar,salt and mix it well. No cover on Kadhai,sauté for two minutes,sprinkle coriander and ready your spice okra sabji.garnish with coriander and serve with roti or chapati.
