Take all ingrediant

Take dry coconut and crush in mixer and then fry it till become brown and then grind in mixer to make fine paste.If you want more gravy then add all this paste or add only half of it.

Take pan pour oil in it after heated add chopped onion in it and fry for 5 min.Then add all masala and jinger garlic coriander paste in it fry it for 2 min.Then add coconut paste and tomato,salt and cookup to tomato become soft.

Then add washed prawns stir it well,add tamarind paste stir and add 1/2 cup of water, cook for 6/7 min keeping lid on it.

Prawns masala is ready to it.Garnish with coriander leaves and served with roti chapati or rice.
