Green Amaranth cooked in Telugu style
Steps

Wash the Green Amaranth leaves discarding the stems, set aside

Slice onions. Make a coarse paste of the whole red chillies and garlic cloves

In a wok heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Urad dal & Chana Dal. Stir for 3-4 mins

Add curry leaves and stir for 1 min, add sliced onions and stir for 3-4 mins to soften
- 5
Add washed green amaranth leaves and cook, cover to cook to soften the leaves on low flame

Add turmeric powder, coarsely paste of whole red chillies & garlic and salt, mix well and set aside

Serve with steamed rice and enjoy 😊
