Wash starch out thoroughly under hot tap water, pay dry with a tissue.
Using Maris piper potato.

Steps

Chop peel wash potatoes and spray them with oil and salt and pepper mix around.

Lay all out on tray with the peel all next to each other if they do not overlap they will cook evenly.
- 3
You can spray a little more oil on top and on airfyer setting 205 c for 15 minutes tossing a few times through cooking the peel will be crispy and chops soft inside and golden on outside.
