Pork Chicharrón Tacos

Dice the tomatoes, half the onion, 3 serrano peppers, 1 avocado, and some cilantro into even pieces. Place them in a bowl, add the juice of 2 limes, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

In a blender, combine the remaining 2 avocados, the other 3 serrano peppers, the juice of 1 lime, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water if needed.

Pour the guacamole into a serving bowl and top with finely chopped onion and cilantro.

Place a piece of pork chicharrón on a tortilla, add some of the chopped salsa and a bit of guacamole. Enjoy your delicious pork chicharrón taco!
