First we make sugar syrup

Heat a pan add water and sugar let it boil on medium flame

Now we make paneer out of milk and knead it when it becomes soft dough without cracks and not crumbly mixture..add rose syrup add beetroot juice add corn flour and mix well..now it becomes red in color like rose..

Divide the dough in equal size balls and roll it in palm and flatten it by pressing your palm.. dip these balls in sugar syrup but at a time 4-5 only now much crowded because they will fluff up

After 20 minutes keep it out from sugar syrup and switch off the flame..let it cool..

We will make Rabri..

In a heavy bottom pan add milk add sugar or condensed milk as per your sweetness level..now in low flame let it boil.add all dry nuts and cardamom powder ley it boil till it becomes 1/4 in quantity..keep stirring in between.. switch off the flame..let it cool..

Now in platter first pour some Rabri than put rasmalai over it than again pour rabri over it.. garnish it with pistachios sliced and kesar and almonds sliced..

Serve chilled..your Rose RasMalai is ready..
