Wash and cook your egg for 15 minutes, keep it aside.

Place a pot of water on fire for some minutes to boil and add your noodles to the boiling water, add seasoning to the noodles.

Allow to cook for a minute then you add grounded crayfish, pepper and your diced onion.

Let it steam for two to three minutes. your yummy noddles is ready.

Break the cooked egg and place on the noodles and spread ketchup on it.
