  2. 1 1/2Tblsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  3. 125 gButter
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  6. 1Medium Chopped Onion
  7. 1 1/2 CupFresh Cauliflower
  8. 1 CupFresh Broccoli
  9. 1 CupFresh Shredded Kale
  10. 1/2 CupBrussels Sprouts
  11. 1 CupFresh Sweet Corn

  1. 1

    To your pan cook your onions until golden brown.

  2. 2

    After, add in your chicken along with your ginger and garlic paste. Cook till slightly browned.

    Serve with brown rice and top with fresh parsley.

    Add in all your vegetables at once. Season with salt and pepper.
