1 cupgrated bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
1 cuplow fat curds (dahi), beaten
4 tbspchopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tspblack salt (sanchal)
1/2 tspsugar
